- End of T2 You've completed the second trimester — big milestone.
- Baby dreams REM sleep has been detected — baby is dreaming.
- Active brain Brain activity is increasing a lot.
- Slower heartbeat Heart rate is dropping to around 130 beats per minute.

- Start pelvic floor exercises to prepare for the third trimester.
