Do you know that Ayurveda can help you conceive faster? Here's a complete guide to the ancient science of Ayurveda that helps detoxify the body, boost fertility and treat infertility naturally for all couples struggling with fertility issues. If you think that you alone are facing difficulty while conceiving, you are not the only one. A lot of teams across the world are facing the issues of infertility when trying to conceive. The fast-paced lifestyle of this modern era can lead to infertility.
The most common causes of infertility are listed below:
PCOD (Polycystic Ovarian Disease)
An unhealthy diet
Tubal block
Inconsistent lifestyle
Insomnia
PID (Pelvic Inflammatory Disease)
Low sperm count or Poor-quality sperm
Endometriosis
Stress/Anxiety/Depression
All the symptoms mentioned above can be easily diagnosed and are curable. Doctors recommend IVF (in In-Vitro Fertilization) treatment, keeping in mind severe conditions like PID, PCOD, tubal block, and low-quality sperms. In some cases, even IVF procedures don't show positive results, and the reason behind it can be many such as:
Unhealthy embryo
Implantation failure
Poor ovum
Pre-treatment stress (one of the leading causes of loss)
Ayurveda is an ancient science of healing, and it can effortlessly prepare your body for IVF treatment. Before diagnosing the problem, an Ayurvedic practitioner will ask the patient several questions to unlock her fertility. Some of the early questions revolve around the doshas in Ayurveda, and it's essential to know about your doshas, which can be:
Vata (air) controls nerve impulses and the body's movements.
Pitta (fire)- It maintains the body's temperature and has digestive and metabolic functions.
Kapha (water)- It controls the lubrication of the systems, body tissue development, and maintenance.
After examining your body, the practitioner will assess the balance of all doshas and guide you to achieve better physical and mental health. Detoxification (Panchakarma) helps make the body baby-ready by cleansing it from the inside (rejuvenation process), which boosts fertility. According to Ayurveda experts, before you can produce healthy eggs and sperm, it's vitally important to open all the channels of the body so that they can work properly. In the process of detoxification/ Panchakarma, you'll be guided about nourishment, lifestyle changes, and meditation.
