Because mere pairo me bahut jyda swelling ho rahi thi aur 5 months pregnancy me itni swelling hona normal nhi hota Mera blood km ho gya 11.2 se 9.5 Thyroid bhi thoda bdh gya And urine infection bhi thoda sa aya hai🥺 Blood bdhane k liye mai anjeer kha sakti hu kya... Anjeer (dried figs) kehte h garam hota hai... pregnancy me nuksan to nhi krega ?? Dr ne iron ki injections suggest ki hai.. Pls reply
