A: Sleeping position is based on your comfort.in 1st trimester you can comfortably sleep. Slowly after 5 months you ll find only few comfortable positions like side lying. Eventually you will sleep like that and by 3rd trimester you will not even change your position during sleep. It will become to tough to find any comfort and when u find it u ll fix to it until morning. It's body's decision dear. So believe in your body and sleep 😊... See more
