Mera 9 month chal ra h..aur mera haemoglobin normal tha...aur mai 2 month se daily 50mg wali iron tablet le rai thi..kya daily 50mg iron safe h?Isse baby ki complexion pe koi effect to ni karega?

dr ne to 30 mg wali hi likhi thi..aur maine galti se 50mg kha li

@OP iron tablet's r given Soo tht hb level shud b maintained as more blood is supplied to ur baby n u don't get anaemic, thy prescribe it after 5mnth..nothing to do wth complexion...
