Start taking 2 spoon of ghee everyday and at least 4 bananas (small size) everyday for normal delivery.. Rest its a myth to eat for 2.. eat upto the limit you can digest..
Hi, as you know the third trimester is the most important time of your pregnancy. A few healthy habits can go a long way in your and your baby's health like taking small frequent meals instead of 3 large ones to improve digestion, staying hydrated and eating homemade foods which are less spicy. Btw. I didn't have any extra ghee or anar or special foods or extra glasses of milk I had normal delivery and my hb was 14 Mindful eating Normal food. I ate out twice every week.
