U can hv fresh curd at day time only. It helps with milk. Just dont take it at night and if it is cold.

Yoghurt contains less lactose than milk as well as live cultures that help lactose digestion. So I personally think it is a good choice but just keep in mind that plain yoghurt is more healthy than flavoured yoghurt.
