Har do gante me khilana aap

Even though your baby is now six months old dear you can start introducing solids for her growing needs but still breastmilk or formula depending what your baby is on will still continue to be the most vital source of nutrition. Give her, her first foods after she is breastfed or between nursing sessions. Wash your hands thoroughly before preparing her food and feeding her. Since she will be just learning how to chew her food needs to be soft so that it can be easily swallowed. You can give her porridge or well mashed fruits and vegetables. Start by giving your baby just two to three spoonfuls of soft food twice a day. At this stage her stomach is still quite small and she can only eat small amounts in each meal. Give her time to adjust to these new foods and flavours. Don't force feed her. Slowly as her stomach grows she can eat more at each meal.
❤️tq everyone
