A: @humairah40 i can understand ur situation..hv expwrienced panic attacks i knlw how worse they r. See ovwrthinking can actually ruins alot of things My baby is also teething n pooping mutiple times having rashes ..she is underweight too. We all hv too option either overthink about it and make it worse..or trying to make our situation better I too breaksdown many times but thn i think we attract what we think most about ..so i try to divert my mind... Have faith in ur lord... See more

A: Boht log milenge aise..motherhood is an isolating journey for many U can do few things..try walking or light exercisw..they develop hormones which makes u feel happy. Always listen upbeat songs So what makes u happy ..now baby is 1 so u can carry ur baby with u Talk with ur friends if u hv any Help ppl here in mylo..sometimes sharing others prbs makes u feel light...
