Q: Friends please help me. i am 38 weeks pregnant and the upper part of my stomach is getting tightened WITHOUT ANY PAIN frequently from this evening. i used to have the tightening feeling from the beginning of third trimester. but now it seems to be more frequent. i dont have any other symptoms of labour, like back pain, water breaking or anything. am i into labour?my hospital is situated at a 30 minutes distance from my home. and that is what i am afraid of. baby movements are there. pls help me dears
