- Its urgent can anybody plz help..mujhe hamesha severe constipation rehta hai..aaj sham se.mujhe suddenly 8-9 loose motions hogaye hai my stomach paining a lot...lower abdomen heavy lag raha hai bohat...tried calling my dr her phone is off...i donno abhi kya karu subah tak toh tabiyat aur bigad jaayegi agar itne motions continue hue toh.its so late now koi dr bhi nahi milega.
