Mjhe bht regret hota hai Mai apne baby ko feed hi nahi Kara paa rhi hu . Mai nahi chahti aur koi mommy v meri tarah regret krti rahe. Ho sake to protein rich diet lijiye arrow

A: @seema9312 don't worry dear aa jayega milk aap thoda patience rakho baby ko latch karate raho ho sako toh thodi der apne kapde utar kar aur baby k bhi kapde utar kar apne seene(breast) se lagao usse pyar karo definitely milk production hogi pakka try karo nd pl usse latch jaroor karvao Aisa kabhi bhi nahi hota k aap ko bilkul bhi milk na aaye jitna baby ko chaiyea hota hai utna toh aata hi hai mein apne baby ko continuously 1:30 hour Tak feed karvati thi but meine fm nahi Diya toh 5 6 din mein hi milk zyada ban ne lag gaya ...aap try karte raho aur apni diet achhi rakho feed karane se phle aur baad mein liquid lo chahe milk ho water ho juice ho kuch bhi lo and poore din mein khoob Sara liquid lo fruits and salad wagera khate raho achhe se milk aayega stress mat lo ok...
