Hi dear, taking care of our own child is very imp bt taking cr of our own is nt less imp than that....if u are ok then ur baby too vl be fine......so pamper urself too......hv proper diet...put on make over...listen to music ....this will heal u physically nd mentally too
Dear looking after yourself is as important as looking after your baby. Get as much sleep as possible to cope with the fatigue. To ensure this sleep when your baby sleeps. Its also important to maintain a healthy diet to recover fast. Increase your intake of protein, whole grain, fruits, vegetables and also fluids especially if you are breastfeeding. Don't hesitate in seeking help from family members or friends. You can have someone take care of other responsibilities other than taking care of your baby and yourself. Ask your doctor when is it okay for you to exercise and start doing that. You don't need to start anything that is too strenuous, just take a walk or even if you just go outside for a few minutes everyday there will be a change in place and it will make you feel much better and happier. You can even unwind and relax with your partner to feel better. It must be hectic for you but I'm sure eventually everything will fall into place.
