Q: Hi frds I have a doubt which scanning is better in early pregnancy? Abdominal or TVS Bcz as per my LMP I'm 8 weeks,over in report (abdominal scanning)I'm still 6 week 4days and only gestation sac is found but,not sign of yolk and fetal pole. I'm worried😟😕
