  • Hello everyone....I was diagnosed with gestational diabetes during 30 weeks of my pregnancy. Doctor had asked me to control it through diet, exercise and walking for 1 week if it gets controlled well and good otherwise he adviced to go for insulin consulting a diabetologist. I just wanted to share that I was on strict diet for 2 weeks, alongwith some mild aerobics exercise, walking 40 to 45 mins 2 times a day and a very positive thought that my reports will be normal and by God's grace my sugar levels are normal now both fasting and PPBS. I am feeling so relieved now. Will continue following that diet till my delivery to avoid any further spike in sugar levels. arrow
