    At 9th month every 2hours to 3 hrs i awake... so i did 5 to 10 min walk in room then i get tired and got sleep . Like this 3 times night time when i have no sleep i used this . Try this this is good for baby and get normal delivery too... while walking i uses to listen songs or motivational or devotional speeches...
    Night time 3 times for 5 to 10 mins walk in room, 3 times going to toilet... talking to baby ... listening to speeches or songs... my routine life in 9 th month ... after blessed normal delivery... healthy baby....
