A: Constipation aur acidity pregnancy me common hai Aap small , frequent meals lo. Water jyada lo Pani me lemon aur black salt daal ke piyo relief milega. Constipation ke liye daily banana/ guava khao. Lukewarm milk sote time piyo. Fetal weight ke liye protein zaruri hai toh protein rich food lo.... See more

A: Dear if home remedies are not working, consult your dr for medicine for gas and constipation, maine bhi full time gas ki dawa khayi tab jake khana digest hota tha aur main achha kha pati thi, home remedies bht baar work nhi karti, aur constipation ke liye kya aapne isabgol try kiya hai?...
