A: 35 - 36 weeks 6 days - late preterm 37 -38 weeks 6 days - early term 39 - 40 weeks 6 days - full term 41 - 41 weeks 6 days - late term Above are just medical jargons. It doesn't matter when your baby comes now... most babies are fully ready to come anytime after 35 weeks, and even preterm babies are healthy these days.... See more
