A: Have water melon. Drink coconut water and avocado juice... Oranges and musk melon daily. Drink more fluids. Keep your private parts clean and dry your panties in sunlight and iron it before use till delivery. Avoid sex till delivery since gents may use toilets in office. Wash your private part with warm water and use non perfume soaps.. V wash is not recommended in pregnancy due to its harsh perfume producing chemicals enter the uterus and causes issues to baby.
