Q: Need help guys i m not having enough bm after delivery i used breast pump just to check the quantity and it was not even 15 ml from both the breast. I m taking lactare tablets, jeera and ajwain but also it is not increasing my baby is dependent on fm totally. He cries alot while taking bm cuz of insufficiency and i have got cuts and sore nipples due to this. Kindly help me he keeps on crying most of the time. And i am frustrated too cuz whoever comes to see him gives a big lecture like u are not taking proper care of him, u should not eat this and that(though am not eating gravy and spices), u should not wear bra etc etc.
