A: Dear moms before my marriage only I had thyroid I used to take 75mg Now am pregnant am taking 100mg don't worry about thyroid During pregnancy because of harmones it will be sometimes high or low Use iodine based salt don't use pink salt in that no iodine Don't eat cauliflower family Have medicine early morning like 5-6am only give one hour gap for drinking coffe or milk this my usall routine When I checked in 4month my thyroid went to 0.33 again after checking it was normal So don't worry and don't take stress...
