  • My NT scan shows rist of down syndrom. The report is high as 3.5mm. Dr is suggesting for amniocentesis but that also does not guarantee 100% currect report. We are worried and confused , pls suggest what to do. arrow

A: There is one blood test called NIPT. Discuss with your doc on that.It gives 99% accurate results Amniocentesis is comparatively risky and this one is a normal blood test.My baby also had this same issue of 3.2 mm NT value and we were told to go for NIPT. ... See more

A: @poo4465 there is no precautions for downsyndrome there is no treatment for it .... It's a genetic disorder max it will be happened in 30 plus above age womens and genetic abnormalities in there family ... See more
