And for this nasal thing. , Market me otrivin ati hai..otrivin adult nasal spray (salaine drops mat lena mujhe usse koi use ni hua). 2-3 drops me hi 1 minute me aram mil jayega.
Mai last 3-4 months se otrivin hi le rhi hu iske liye bag me b rkhti hu ..because achank se koi b side ki nose band ho jati hai and saas ni aati.. mushkil hoti hai.
Iska koi ilaaj ni hai proper, jb pregnancy khtm hogi to ye b sai ho jayega after a while
