Sister start giving every daal ka paani with little daal mashed in it..
Apple puree and mashed apple then apple juice.... Jo baby enjoy kre
Mashed potatoes 🥔
Mashed banana 🍌
Mashed mango enjoyed alot..
Apple juice
Pomegranate juice alternate days mein dijiye aap heyna
Then also add little bit of desi ghee in the diet..
No salt /sugar /honey
But bache nhi lete fikka b so add boht hii halka saa

Curd enjoy krte h.... Khichdi and yes cerelac.... Homemade or market से lena h ache brand ka totally upto you...
Pani में nhi देती thi kyuki sufficient mil jata h from MILK and semi solids.. But taste development k liye will give by spoon 🥄 only....
Abhi Gurnaaz is 7 months old so water deti huu after semi solids....
Daaliya boht ache se lete h bache sister....
HAnji Sabudaana kheer, sooji kheer.... Sooji ka halwa patla sa heyna...
Even P A R E N T S are giving biscuits and bread as well with milk... Totally upto you....

49 followers. FollowA: Now u can give many things. Like daal water, rice water, fruits.. like apple boil kr ke Masha kr k. I give my daughter directly.. i give her chikoo and banana also directly. I started giving her curd little. Little bit idli also I started giving her..all soft n basic stuff you can start with your kiddo. But make sure it suits him. Also whatever you are trying for the first time... Try it in the morning. So you can observe him the whole day. I have started giving her boiled pumpkin and lauki in a masha form. Suji ko bhoon kar usme thoda paani Mila kar uski consistency thin kar ke you can give. And last but not the least. You can give him at least 150 ml of boiled water. Otherwise he will have problems like burning in urine. Also don't give milk after giving fruits.. keep 45 mnts to 1 hr gap in between.
