A: @sangami calcium nhi lene par haddiyon me dard ho sakta hai baby ko apko hi dekhna hai es samay haddiya sahi rhi to 50 year ke age ke baad bhi ap sahi rahengi maa banne se sharir bilkul khatam sa ho jata hai mera to first baby ke baad aankho ki roshni kam ho gyi hai mujhe bahut kam dikhta hai reed ki haddiyo me bahut dard rahta hai mai apne bachche ko God me utha nhi pati hu...
