Dear, uu shud drink warm milk with ghee every night, then take 15 mins walk and then go to bed. Secondly, have 4-5 dates in a day. Thirdly, uu can try papaya or pineapple in small quantities. Fourthly, try spicy foods with green chillies. Also, maintain a exercise regime. uu can try duck walk, squats, cobbler pose, butterfly pose, daily walk for 30 mins.
