A: My dr advised to walk for 1.5 hrs after each main meal..It helps with gas.I also feel nausea after drinking water after each meal..Solid is tolerable..but water intake immediately causes vomit like feeling..I start walking and slowly sipping water.Having watermelon instead of water.... See more
