Pain ni h vo gastric movements happen when baby is super active, tummy tired bhi feel karega so I suggest take following homeopathy help before your eating habits are affected -
1. Before meal meds so that your hunger is not affected and you are able to eat normally, tired tummy don't let solid food go in
2. After meal meds if and only if you get acidity
3. Homeopathy laxatives to have perfect bowel movement, it will make you thirsty so make sure you drink lots of coconut water and juices
