A: @renujakharpuri it's a glucose tolerance test. Mera ho Gaya hai... It's done to check gestational diabetes. Doc will call you in morning with very light breakfast. You have to drink 75gm glucose in 75 ml of water. There should be a gap of atleast 40 - 45 mins between glucose and breakfast. Post drinking glucose, they will perform the blood test after 2 hours for best results. Sometimes it happens that you may puke out after drinking glucose because it's too sweet.
