Q: is it safe to it jackfruit in pregnancy

A: Hey, not sure about jackfruit.. I have heard from some people & read also that its not very safe in pregnancy.. But my gynae said to avoid papaya only, rest are ok. There are mixed opinions around it, i am refraining myself to eat & would suggest you also... And if you really love it, then pls confirm it from your gynae.... See more

A: You know jackfruit is my favourite fruit and I had a tough time when my Dr told me to go easy with it. However Dr told me one or two won't do any harm. In some people jackfruit creates tummy troubles ... which is why Dr advise against it...... See more
