Q: I have UNEXPLAINED INFERTILITY. Me and my husband both reports are normal. I also done with laproscopy and hystroscopy. All reports are normal. Even 3 failed IUI's and 1 failed IVF. Why i am not getting pregnant. Anyone can give any advice to get pregnant. I completed 4 years of marriage, but i never conceive. Plz help.
