I have pcod problem my age 26 yrs 5 yrs marital lyf from Oct I am trying to conceive my all report is ok thyroid,pressure,sugar,prolactin normal usg report polycystic ovary found doctr give me folvite,metital, letrozole 2.5 mg for ovulation January 21 st I take to take this medicine my height is 5.4 weight 71 now I loss weight 67 from Oct to Jan I take healthy diet exercise walking zumba now I am vry much worried about pcod

Pcod is not a disease.. I also have PCOD. it's a condition which will always be there with you. There is no treatment for this.. we take medicine to stop all its bad effect.. metital helps to control sugar and your weight.. keep on controlling your weight.. and follow the healthy diet.. everything will be fine. You will see the positive result. PCOD is nothing but just a cyst over your overies. This cyst is just an unhealthy egg which could not be fertelize. The reason behind this is stress. So don't take stress.. and be happy.. I Have Pcod since last 7 years. Trust me it's not at all problem if you are following a healthy routine.
