I got mild swelling in my ankles and feet. Is it normal? Does swelling means I've high bp. I also have cravings for sweets and I ate alot sweet things, so it is due to eating sweets or reason is anything else. Please help guys.

A: Dear aap BP check Kara lijiye....agar wo normal hai to koi dikkat nhi hai ....mere bhi feet ankles aur hands , fingers me swelling ho gyi hai .....meri doctor ne mujhe bola jyda time Tak khade hone se hua hoga aisa ho sakta hai....sweets ki craving mujhe bhi hoti hai ...sweets reason nhi hai.....wo swelling apne aap chali jayegi ... Aap garam Pani me pair daal kar 10 mint baith sakte ho Roz. Bahut der tak standing position me bhi rahna hai ...walk karna hai...chair pe pair latka kar nhi baithna hai .....kisi stool pe pair rakh kar baithna hai.... See more
