Aap bht kam khana kha rahe ho try to eat more and drink more water in a day. Har 2 ghante mein kuch na kuch khate raho healthy sa soaked dry fruits, seasonal fruits and vegetables (garm fruits aur sabziya mat khana) Include karo apni diet mein aur haan coconut water b lo!
