A: @OP dear u can't decide tat ur BM is not sufficient as baby is small thy required feed every two hours nd when baby sucks our BM will produce if u think tat start feeding fm baby will not take BM. Eat greeny vegetables.fenugreek nd drink milk lots of water healthy diet nd do feed ur BM Oly . I to had same prob my doctor scholded fr asking FM the logic is how much baby sucks tat much milk our boby produce. Try massage ur breast before feed ND chk if baby latches properly... See more
