A: Do butterfly exercise. While climbing down and up of bed keep your legs together and climb, also while sleeping keep your legs together.. No need to worry.. Pain will be there near the pelvis and back which is normal. Pelvic bone pain indicates a healthy pregnancy. It pains since baby is making it's space...
