Aapko Dr. S consult kr k supplements start krne chahiye.. jb bhii baby ko feed krwaye to pillow rkhe back support k liye ..hmare yha pr pregnancy k bad laddu bnaye jaate h or hareera jisme kamarkas nam k ek cheez daali jaati h jisse back pain nhi hota h ...
