A: After 22 to 27 weeks, it differs in case to case, baby stops moving mainly for primi, means first pregnancy since baby will be busy in making more space for it. After 25 to 28 weeks the movement will be doubled till delivery which is normal.. Have dark chocolate, normal silk dairy milk chocolate, ice cream, warm milk or water, couple of gulab jamuns, tangy mango, spicy food....
