It depends on your blood report dear. Better to ask your doctor. The only thing my doctor told me was that iron and calcium tablets should never be taken together. I have been prescribed to take calcium in morning and iron in evening.
Usually iron and calcium supplements are started from the 16th week... And to be taken once a day but never together... And always take iron atleast one hour after meals as taking iron immediately after meals interferes with the iron absorption; so always consume iron atleast an hour after meals...
