5 followers. FollowA: N after getting pregnant avoid sitting down on the floor. Sit up only. N stop doing any heavy work. Try not to bend much. All these small small things will help you in your pregnancy to become smooth. Follow the seed diet. Check it out on you tube.

FollowA: Hello guys mera miscarriage hua tha december Mai n no surgery was done phir doc Kha mai ise period ke bad try kar sakti hun but Maine try nhi Kiya...phir Feb mai jab periods hue uske bad I try and now am pregnant 6weeks do din phle mai doc ke pass gyi thi for check up she did scan bacche ki heartbeat agyi but bhut kaam ayi hai 74bpm to doc say not good agar next scan mai heartbeat acche se nhi aii to I hv to abort..she gv meds n injection n do rest am actually doing same for all goes well mujhe bhi 6yes se bby nhi hai am dng prayer daily taki sab theek ho ap log bhi try kar sakte ho aur bhagwan ko yaad Karo sab theek hoga...n pray for me too🙏 so I will encourage you guys to try not loose hope...tc
