@pinkysik Thanks dear i was this days on soups veggies and fruits sometimes daal spelta or hummus to have some protein no taking butter and sugar. Only breakfast most caloric like few chocolate with one waffer or some avocado toast or biscuits. Thinking introduce fish . I will go ahead with yoga. Try eating few carbs like pasta. Witjout meat only as salad. Today i have maccaroni craving :) i use drink badam milk
@OP Yes do yoga, it will help a lot, I had experience of it, I too went through same phase, but yoga and diet helped a lot
