A: It is necessary to take those tablets..in coming they msy also increase the dosage of tablets for the baby growth. You have to include protein and iron foods for baby growth..for gastric problem avoid taking masala foods ..take normal diet...have a walk after food ..take fiber foods more... See more

A: Iron and calcium very very important...iron help you to maintain hemoglobin level..if you don't take it..you will must be suffer from severe Anemia..it will cause post partparm hemorrhage ..your life can end ....same as iron.. calcium also very much important..it help your baby's bone to growth properly ...
