Q: Hi, I am 9 weeks pregnant, but I don't have any symptoms. March 23rd, my second scannig done. It looks normal except for fibroid and spotting was there for few weeks, after taking tablets, now it is reduced I am so scared of why I don't have any symptoms, no vomiting, headache, white discharge, body pain breast changes nothing. This is my fourth pregnancy. Last three miscarriage. Earlier also have the same problem. Once heartbeat comes everything looks healthy, suddenly on the next scan no cardiac activity. Can any pls suggest is it normal to not to. Have any symptoms?
