  • hi everyone ?mujhe ye pushna hai k normal delivery k kitne time baad hum bilkul theek ho jate hai.. means jaise .....thoda sa kam kar k thak jana ....legs pain honne lag jati hai stairs chdne pe khanne bnane wala kam karne se b legs painbaby soti nai hai raat me fin me kam karo..kab body bilkul phle jaisi ho jayegi... kab kam karne k baad b body me pain nai hoga..mai akeli lady ho ghar me husband aur father in law hai aur koi me nai aa sakta mere pass rehne ko help k liye.. maid aati hai..par mujse khudka aur beti ka kam he ashe se nai ho pa raha mai kya karu badi pareshan hoon..??plzzzz reply... arrow

Proper heal hone me thoda time lagta hai. Aap proper rest kiJiye . Proper diet Lenna chahie. Dr se apne liye supplements prescribed karwaiye

4months k baad bhi thoda bck pain ho sakta he.. so first 3 months me khud ki care karna bht importnt he..jaise time pe khana, accha diet lena, medicines thik se khana, milk pina 3 bar din me, protein powder k sath, fruits etc.. aur heavy kam nahi karna. Ye sab karo aap first 3 months fir 4th se aapko itna problm nahi hoga.. maid he to usko continue rakho. Baby ja routine set hone me bht time he..

Calcium and iron r very imp. Leg pain is bcz of less calcium. So 3 glass milk is must. Iron is for heomoglobin jisse thakawat nahi lagti itni .
