Hi everyone, I just want to know that from 28th week of pregnancy, what kind of exercises we can do for normal delivery, as I got to know that squats, sit ups and butterfly exercises we can do only in 9th month, as agar abhi se start krte hain to labor pain ki problem ho skti h na. Please share your views.
