A: 5th end hone wala hai Movement feel hoti hai mujhe. Describe nhi kar sakte. Bas ye navel ke niche Wale area me kuch kuch hota hai. Like usse pahle kabhi nhi hua us particular area me. Gas bhi jo banti hai to us area me nhi banti. Period cramps b vaginal ya kamar ya pubic area me hote hai. But ye movement bikini line se upar and navel se niche is area me feel hoti hai.
