Q: Hi all, My lmp is March 9 but I have cramps for past 2 days. Last week I had acidity and nausea ( which I never had before). I have very mild spotting also today. Not sure if it indicates pms or pregnancy. I took the test at 6pm today. I'm confused. Is this positive? pls check and tell me
