FollowA: As u dnt hv calcium deficiency n strtd ur calcium supplements ul still lack of calcium as ur growing bby needs more calcium fo his developing bones drink nearly half liters f milk or 2 glass of milk 1 in morning and otr bfr u sleep dis wl help u sleep bttr keep in mind ur baby needs calcium fo strong bones so drink as much as u can if ur nt allergic 2 milk ?
