As you know in Bangalore November and December month are considered as the coldest month of the year... My legs and tummy were burning, other parts were very cold.. Since i worked 10yrs in hospital i asked my gynec frnd so she told me to apply caster oil on foot and massage mainly in the middle part since the nerves from there goes to uterus and it works like accupuncture..
