42 followers. FollowA: Round ligament pain is common in second trimester. Also accompanied by lower belly pain with vaginal pain. Round ligament pain groin area ke pass hota hai. Extending upward . This happens because of the growing n streching of the uterus. But be careful. Of there is any spotting. Then definitely go to the doctor
